Looks like there were some great items - I wish I lived closer! And your mom so doesn't look 53 - it does run in the genes as you don't look 27 either - and you are both gorgeous which helps. :)
Speaking of jeans (the other kind) - I'm totally in agreement with you on the jean washing. I wear them as many times as I can get away with as I don't like tight fitting jeans and they seem to always be too tight after they are newly washed. :)

Beautiful pic of you and your Mom! So about the girls trip....drive down. I have decided to go to LA! Would be a blast. I am going to gather in a lot of local bloggers in our same circle as well as some of my own friends (many who are bloggers) to have a nice lunch or dinner! I will make it near a weekend to make it work for everyone and not take away from those who work etc..
More when it get closer to that time.
