Bedrest & Dreaming

Just when I thought I had my life back, (after a pretty horrible first trimester of pregnancy) I had a wonderful past 10 days full of 3 trips to the ER, 2 painful trips to the OB, and 1 to the general doctor. Lovely. I have been on bedrest (I have no other choice since I am not too capable of walking right now) but am now able to sit up without pain hence my first request being the laptop!! I have missed the Internet world and am glad to be back (until the next episode of this glamourous pregnancy).
With that said, here is some eye candy I have saved to my favorites folder.. enjoy! (Oh, and yes, I did actually reupholster the chair to match the lampshades in my last post, but haven't been able to download the pics quite yet... hopefully soon!)

Airy Bathrooms...

I love the white beadboard walls paired with the vintage table! Such country charm!

Beautiful wainscoting, neutral wall color, perfectly contrasting wood floors, and a gorgeous french door...yum!!

To die for old-fashioned look maintains its airy and freshness. Great techniques for turning old into new again!

I love the eclectic feel of this bathroom...clean lines, high-contrast colors, and bead board.
And of course the bouquet of flowers adds color to the black-and-white space.
Love the shelf above the sink for storage.

Check out the sink bowl! Very cute, but do you think it functions well? I'd be scared it would chip or something haha! Absolutely love the mirror and the wall collage.

More to come! Until then, I need to rest!! ; )

Hi Sweetie,
I'm sorry to hear all you've been through, hope all is okay now. Please get plenty of rest and keep us posted on how you are doing. I will be sending a prayer your way for the rest of your pregnancy to go smoothly. By the way the first bathroom picture is one of my favorites. That's what I want my bathroom to look like ;^) Have a wonderful weekend.
